शौक़ हर रंग रक़ीब-ए-सर-ओ-सामां निकला
क़ैस तसवीर के पर्दे मे भी उरियाँ निकला

[रक़िब=opponent, सर-ओ-सामां=With belongings, क़ैस = Majnu, उरियाँ=Nude ]

ज़ख्म ने दाद न दी तंगी-ए-दिल की यारब

तीर भी सीना-ए-बिस्मिल से  पर-अफशां  निकला

[दाद=justice, सीना-ए-बिस्मिल=wounded heart, पर=wings, अफशां =rattle ]

बू-ए-गुल , नाला-ए-दिल, दूद-ए-चराग-ए-महफ़िल

जो तेरी बज़्म से निकला परीशां निकला

[बू=fragrance, गुल=flower, नाला=cry, दूद=smoke, esp. from a lamp that's been extinguished]

दिल-ए-हसरतज़दा था मईडा-ए-लज्ज़त-ए-दर्द

काम यारों का बक़दर-ए-लब-ओ-दंदां निकला

[मईडा=tablecloth (dastarkhaan); दंदां=teeth]

थी नौ आमोज-ए-फ़ना हिम्मत-ए-दुश्वार पसंद

सख्त मुश्किल है की ये काम भी आसां निकला

[नौ आमोज=beginner, दुश्वार=difficult ]

{ चंद तस्वीर-ए-बुतां चंद हसीनों के खुतूत

बाद मरने के घर से ये मेरे सामां निकला }*

दिल  में फिर गिरियां ने इक शोर उठाया ग़ालिब

आह जो कतरा न था सो तुफ़ा निकला

buu-e-gul naalaa-e-dil duud-e-charaaG-e-mahafil
jo terii bazm se nikalaa so parishaa.N nikalaa

[buu=fragrance, gul=flower, naalaa=cry, duud=smoke, esp. from a lamp that's been extinguished]

dil-e-hasarat_zadaa thaa maaiidaa-e-lazzat-e-dard
kaam yaaro.n kaa baqadr-e-lab-o-da.ndaa.N nikalaa

[maaiidaa=tablecloth (dastarkhaan); da.ndaa.N=teeth]

thii nau_aamoz-e-fanaa himmat-e-dushvaar_pasa.nd
saKht mushkil hai ki ye kaam bhii aasaa.N nikalaa

baad marne ke mere ghar se yeh saaman niklaa }*

dil me.n phir giriyaa ne ik shor uThaayaa 'Ghalib'
aah jo qataraa na nikalaa thaa so tuufaa.N nikalaa

* I am not sure whether this sher belongs to this ghazal or not. This famous sher has been attributed to Ghalib but I could not find the matlaa of this ghazal. I have mapped it with another famous ghazal of his with matching radif and kaafiya. If anyone has more information on this sher then please do share it with me.
